Data centers nowadays have to meet the increasing demands of high performance computing, AI, while maintaining energy efficiency, leading to an evolving cooling infrastructure. Once mostly reliant on air based cooling systems, modern data centers are starting to adopt liquid cooking that utilizes sanitary pipes and fittings, sanitary unions, sanitary flexible hoses, and even vacuum grade KF and ISO Flanges, which were once only used in food processing, pharmaceutical, and lab environments.
The shift to liquid cooling has presented new challenges:

· Ease of disassembly for quicker maintenance to maintain uptimes
· Material composition needs to be corrosive resistant and compatible with coolants
Stainless Steel Tubing
Stainless steel tubes are ideal for transporting glycol based coolant in data centers due to its corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. The tubing’s polished surface reduce the risk of contamination and scaling to make sure flow rates and thermal performance remain stable. To secure the tubes, stainless steel pipe brackets are used to mount them to walls or racks.
Stainless Steel Fittings
Stainless steel fittings such as tri clamp unions allow for quick and tool free disassembly, making maintenance and reconfiguration quick and easy in data centers. Their robust design ensures leak free performance even under high pressure and temperature.

To be welded to tubes, fittings and valves. Available in SS 304 and SS 316L.
KF O Ring / ISO O Ring
Acts as a seal to prevent leakages. Material is usually Viton.
KF Clamp / ISO Claw Clamp
To fasten two KF Flanges together. Available in aluminium and SS 304.
KF Blank Flange / ISO Blank Flange
Acts as a cover to block flow. Available in SS 304 and SS 316L.
KF Centering Ring / ISO Centering Ring
Acts as a frame for the O Ring.
