Sanitary Sampling Valve

Design

The tri clamp sampling valve is a simple device containing the valve body and stem. The hygienic sampling valve stem is connected to a rotating handle to control flow will occur. A sanitary sampling valve is only available in SS316. The seats are available in Silicone, EPDM, and Viton materials. Stainless steel sampling valves usually come in ferrule ends.

Unlike other sanitary valves, because of its exposed outlet it requires regular manual sterilization.

Method of Operation

Rotating the handle retracts the valve stem which enables the product to flow freely through the open valve.
